I believe your blog should be the hub of your online marketing. And you need to write about what is important to you, making it relevant to your readers. And you need to block consistently.
I am a blackberry fan, thinking about the new Google phone, maybe the iphone, but still hooked on the blackberry. And I have written a couple of posts on that.
Last month I received a call from a reporter for the Blackberry Connection Magazine. There were doing an article on cool apps for the blackberry, did a Google Search and found my blog posts. So they thought they would interview me for the article!
Little ole me? herein lies the power of a Blog. Here is my interview in Blackberry Connection Magazine.

Now this is COOL!
In the class Automated Agent where I speak on all the “tools of the trade” I am constantly asked what I think of the new IPhone, with the recent update release. Although I also have IPhone envy I am sticking with my Blackberry. Why, you ask? Because I still feel it is a superior business tool, and costs less. The encryption of the email keeps my data (any my clients) safe and the ease in which my email arrives is just a lovely thing.
Matthew Ferrara of my company just wrote a great post on this topic on our company blog and he says it all. So here is the link to hear my thoughts . . . and Matthews. Click here to read the article titled: Why iPhone will never beat Blackberry.
Good reading . . .
Just starting using my Blackberry as a tethered modem. It is only $15 a month on top of my monthly data contract. The speed is incredible. All you do is sign up with your cell phone provider, download the software to your computer and then use your Blackberry via your synch cord or by your bluetooth. Either way the computer finds the Blackberry and dials into the Internet using the Blackberry as your modem. You are now mobile wherever you can get a good cell signal on your Blackberry. I guess the only downside is that you can’t chat at the same time that you are using your Blackberry. Love this! Powered by Jott
The email enabled smartphone is THE TOOL for REALTORS in 2008. Whether you purchase a Blackberry, a TREO or a windows enabled handheld you need to stay connected with your clients and customers. For those who use the TREO I recently attended a convention in Seattle Washington where I taught a class for Windermere Real Estate. I met a representative from PALM and he give me some great links for training that I would like to share with you. Please check out this link for self paced learning guides. This is training for the TREO and Centro and how to set up the email. This is really good training. Enjoy
