I use the iphone but take it a step further. I record the property tour in HDV, high definition video, edit it with Final Cut Pro with music and narration, then move it back to my Iphone to show my clients. What a powerful tool when going for listings. I also have a method to post it on a custom website, a customized TV channel for the agents that is tied to their personal site. WOW! I was a Blackberry user and it took me a little while getting used to the different email capabilities. However, the Google Apps and internet experience was well worth the switch.
