I was at my hair dressers today, yes one of the still guilty financial draining pleasures I have. We were discussing what I do for a living . . . Maximizing the technology that companies have through training and coaching. Of course got onto social networking and the whole place exploded. All this on line how about the real life experience of chatting and getting to know people?

I don’t get a newspaper but I know where I need to send flowers

Because of the varied clientele, they know more about what is going on in their salon then could be printed in a newspaper.

It really got me thinking. I have a great family, network of friends in real life, but I also have an amazing social networking family . . . on line. I have made some of the most amazing friends these past years and some I have only just met.

All I can say is create joyful routines and do them often! Whether it is off line or online, just do it!
