My brother who is also my insurance guy just told me about a new website - fairly accurate, but a sign of the times. Check out http://ml-implode.com/. This site has Up to the minute trends and news articles about the mortgage industry, all the news that is fit to print . . .

This site lists all ailing, watched companies, and is tracking the housing finance breakdown. It collects news articles from around the world.

Is the IPhone hype?

When a new device like the vastly touted IPhone comes to market, most REALTORS question if it is time to upgrade.
