Realestateshows, one of my favorite virtual tour companies has brought their product to the next level, making their shows embeddable in your website. And . . . with a little practice it is incredibly easy.

If you create a show, they give you the option of copy either the javascript or the html code and pasting it into your website or blog.

Circle of Knowledge

I recently taught a group of branch executives from the GMAC group in New England.

Cheryl Wright one of the Branch Executives from the Lakes Regions in New Hampshire told me a great story to share.

Cheryl related: "My agent (we will call him Sam) was at a sales meeting I was running.  His phone kept making strange noises that he didn't know what they were.  The other agents and I looked and saw that he had gotten a text message.  It was from a listing lead he had gone out on.  She texted him instead of calling.  This freaked him out.  All the other agents were like, "Oh my, what if my clients start to text me?"  This created a great opportunity to continue the dialog on "technology". 

The next day I was at the meeting you spoke at… and during the meeting… Sam, texted me…

His "circle of knowledge" grew a bit bigger"… What does this really mean? Our consumers drive the technology. What is normal, simple to use to them is a giant learning curve for many of us. The solution? Just dive in! Find out what their expectations are, what tools they like to use and then figure out how to implement them into your business.
